Job Requirement :

1. Organize and monitor implementation activities for optimum plant availability of all equipment and machinery Line to meet the targeted production and satisfaction of internal customers.

2. Plan, monitor & control the cost (spare, inventory, repairs & manpower) of mechanical maintenance and optimize maintenance costs within the budget.

3. Organize, coordinate & monitor execution & commissioning of small projects and major modifications works in time to achieve targeted results.

4. Identify, coordinate & monitor implementation of improvements, small projects in order to improve the availability and reduce cost of maintenance.

5. Organize & monitor implementation of standards set by the regulatory authorities under various acts like Safety, pollution etc to fulfil statutory requirements.

6. Build & sustain a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices in the unit

7. Plan, suggest and implement new projects and improvement initiatives as per management plan.

9. Conversant with Quality management systems

10. Should hold excellent Technical skills like Drawing Study and modification, Vendor Technical Assessment, Calculations, Cost Estimations, project implementation, break down Analysis, Third Party Inspection etc.

11. Conversant with reliability management system

Experience & Qualifications :

1. Full time bachelor's in engineering degree holder in Mechanical Engineering

1. The candidate should have 5 - 10 years of experience in any manufacturing organisation of repute with at-least 3 years independently handling mechanical area in charge.

2. Should be a go-getter with excellent communication and influencing skills.

3. Preferably from Heavy Process Industries

4. Should be very good in solving the technical problem.
