Maintenance Executive (3-5 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
- Overall performance of Maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and maintaining all machinery to ensure it's at working standard.
- To maintain GMP requirements
- Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Attending to all operating issues raised by Production In charge/Plant Operator, on priority.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, and Warehouse In charge for periodic repair & maintenance, servicing, and cleaning of all equipments on weekly off.
- Managing the Maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities.
- Maintain production assets and facility, part inventory, obtain & monitor purchase orders and maintenance logs as per SOPs.
- Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
- Planning and managing all installation activities along with Production In charge.
- Prepare and submit requisite of Labor Service to Production In charge and maintain record of same.
- Maintaining a Register of equipment spare and accessories and placing requisite for new supplies with Stores, when necessary.
- Ensure the maintenance department is clean and its personnel adhere to safety protocol.
- Handling of Inspection and Audit of plant.
- Any other work or assignment as assigned by the Management.
- Must be Diploma/BE in Electrical preferred or Mechanical.
