Maintenance Head - Breakdown/Preventive Maintenance (8-10 yrs)

- Their manufacturing unit has state-of-the-art infrastructural facility installed with modern machines, tools and equipment in order to increase the production rate.
- The company's advanced in-house testing unit ensures the entire product range is inspected on defined parameters of quality to eradicate any flaws. The company has a turnover of about 500 Crore.
- As the Maintenance Head, you will be responsible for managing and executing the maintenance work at production site .
- You will work closely and collaboratively with the operations teams to understand technical expectations, and perform work consistent with the expectations.
What you will do :
- Responsible for maintenance of machinery of plants
- Managing preventive, planned breakdown, new machine development etc.
- Monitoring all aspects of machine maintenance that impact quality and safety
- Ensuring systematic and proper running of equipments for full targeted output
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
- Conducting machine observation process on a continuous basis, identifying potential safety risks and taking necessary actions to remove the hazard
- Implementing 6s activities on the production floor
- Analysis of various break down and finding out root cause to help in reducing breakdown time
Candidate Profile :
- B.E./B.Tech with experience in handling machinery maintenance, factory, industrial equipments etc.
- Demonstrable experience of 8-10 years in a similar role
- Male candidates preferred
- Good knowledge in machine troubleshooting
- Prior experience in dealing with equipment breakdown, electromechanical faults etc. is a great plus
- Prior experience in creating maintenance procedures is a great plus
- Good Communication Skills
