Job Description :
1. Hands on knowledge of Siemens PLC and drive ( can do programming and troubleshooting)
2. Spare parts management with keeping store inventory within norms and having zero downtime on account of non availability of spares.
3. Excellent problem solving skills ( 7 QC tool,why why analysis)
4. Ensuring zero down time of equipment
5. Can initiate and drive power conservation projects
6. Initiate and drive OEE improvement of the equipment ( speed, uptime)
7. Has firm belief in continuous improvement ( kaizen)
8. Excellent team leader.
9. Improvement in MTTF /MTTR.
10. Improvement in quality and productivity of equipment thru engg. modification
Qualification : B.Tech (Electricals)
