Maintenance Incharge (9-12 yrs)
SkillSet: Maintenance, CNC, VMC, Cylindrical Grinding. He should maintain and achieve zero breakdown of machines by implementing system of preventive maintenance.
- 9 years Having knowledge of TPM will be preferred.
- 9 years Thorough knowledge of mechanical maintenance and working electrical maintenance for fault finding and repairs.
9 years maintenance of CNC
- 8 years responsible for preventive maintenance of all machines equipments and utilities like compressor; generator
- 8 years maintenance of VMC
- 8 years electrical supply to achieve zero breakdown for smooth running of machine shop
- 8 years Cylindrical Grinding; Broaching and all conventional machines.
