Maintenance Incharge - Equipment Maintenance (3-7 yrs)
Job Description :
Maintenance In charge - FERROR Allowances.
All Maintenance works including (Breakdown, Shutdown, Preventive, Running, TPM, Continual Improvement, Predictive) of 28.5 MVA and 18 MVA arc Furnace.
- C.I (Continual Improvement)
- Pneumatic and Hydraulic Actuator or Equipment Maintenance.
- Gas Cleaning Plant Maintenance.
- E.O.T crane maintenance
- Pump Maintenance (Centrifugal, Rotary, Vane, Lobe, Submersible).
- Raw Material Handling Systems (R.M.H.S)
- Material screening and crushing system Maintenance. (Vibrating Screen, Rotary screen, Jaw crusher.)
- Belt Conveyor system Maintenance.
- Hot and cold vulcanizing Conveyor belt joining.
- Heat Exchanger maintenance and Compressor Maintenance.
- Mechanical Blowers (ID Fan and FD Fan) Maintenance.
- Cooling tower Maintenance.
- Gear Box Maintenance.
- To ensure, maximum availability of Equipments in good working Condition with maximum output.
- To ensure optimum inventory to be maintained at site
- Monitoring to Operational &breakdown repairs of machineries with ensuring availability of spares &consumable in time.
- To ensure, daily progress, optimum productivity and utilization of Plants & machineries with up keeping of same.
- To ensure, Periodical & preventive maintenance of equipments in schedule time.
- Repair and Maintenance of all Vehicle& Machineries of the Project.
- Co-ordination with the Purchase Department to Purchase of the Parts / Equipments related to Vehicle & Machineries.
- Co-ordination and Approval Process of Proposals and Monitor any actions needed through the Top Management.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received & locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- Budgeting of Accidental Vehicle & Machineries for Insurance Claims.
- Use right & qualified person with experience for repair & maintenance.
Qualification : B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering
