Job Description :
- Supervising and managing a team of maintenance technicians and workers.
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's efficiency and productivity.
- Developing maintenance schedules and plans to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
- Coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations.
- Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and inspection of machinery, equipmentand facilities.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed according to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
