Maintenance Operator - Pharmaceutical Machinery (3-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1.12th diploma or Graduate.
2. Pharmaceuticals machines well handled.
3. Complete Tablet line manufacturing and packaging line (Blisters, Stripping etc.).
4. In compounding Liquid syrup, suspension line.
5. Complete liquid packaging line.
6. Utility instruments like Steam boiler, Air compressor, Vacuum pumps, Generators gas and Diesels, Air conditioner, various pumps,
7. DM water treatment plant with water distribution system with storage tank (steam jacket), PH, conductivity meter, UV light, regeneration, softening, sanitation.
8. Utility like HVAC and Air Handling System, safety cabinet, RLAF in dispensing and sampling's area.
9. Epoxy floor.
10. Mechanical side strong, also knowledge of Electrical fixtures about panels.
11. Knowledge of various mechanical, electrical spares, vendors price negotiations.
