Maintenance Trainee - Maintenance Services (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Basic GMAO knowledge
- Basic, IATF, ISO and EMS awareness
- Basic Solar knowledge
- Mold and tool cleaning
- Spare parts control and management
- Control and monitoring of machine process controls
- Extrusion machine set-up
- Maguire set-up
- Dyer set-up
- FTT Machine Knowledge
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Conduct daily and weekly machine checklist
- Conduct monthly inventory of spare parts
- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance
- Ensure timely corrective maintenance
- Timely encoding of data in performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Encode all transaction in Solar like restocking of spare parts used.
- Conduct daily reading and recording of electrical and water consumption
- Contribute actively to the company's continuous improvement program.
- Ensure compliance of documents based on the quality system of the plant
- Do 5S on his assigned area of responsibility and as defined by superior
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Maintenance Manager or other superior officers.
- Conduct problem solving and corrective action plan with follow up checking of effectiveness.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- With at least 2 years experience in Manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO QMS and EMS awareness
- With experience in mechanical,electrical and or fabrication system
- Conversant both in written and oral communication preferably in English.
- Basic computer knowledge
