Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Review of analytical data related to raw material, packaging material, DM water, in-process, intermediate, finished product and stability studies.
- Preparation of SOPs, specification and test methods.
- Conducting internal audits and ensuring CAPA for non-conformances observed during the audit.
- Analytical method validation, verfication - method transfer, preparation and review of protocols and reports.
- Conducting training.
- Work allocation for chemists.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and housekeeping activities in the lab.
- Laboratory safety.
- Support to analytical and process validation.
- Conducting Laboratory Investigation like OOS/OOT/Deviation/Incidents.
Authority:
- Designate to quality laboratory HOD.
- Designate to quality laboratory in-charge.
- To review the IQ/OQ/PQ/DQ for Laboratory Instruments.
- To release raw material, packing material, DM water, in-process, intermediates analytical, finished product and Stability results.
- Authorized to enter the FPHA,RM, production blocks to collect samples.
- Authorized to issue and retrieval of pre printed analytical raw data note books and QC formats.
