Job Responsibilities:
- Sampling of raw material, packing material, intermediates RM and DM water.
- Calibration of analytical instruments.
- Analysis of raw material, packing material, in-process and intermediates, finished product.
- Analysis of vendor samples as part of vendor qualification.
- Preparation and standardization of laboratory volumetric solutions.
- Preparation of laboratory reagents.
- Ensuring the Cleanliness and Housekeeping activities in the Lab.
- Laboratory safety.
- Analysis of cleaning samples using UV.
Authority:
- Review of in-process, intermediates, raw material, packing materials, and DM water analytical results.
- Authorized to enter the FPHA, RM, production blocks to collect samples.
