To handle all operations work of the company.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Job Description :
1) Conducting audit of technical and non technical process.
2) Identify shortcoming in process.
3) Create control plan to fix the short coming.
4) Implement & review to bring continuous improvement in compliance of SOP.
5) Maintenance of Audit tracker for all the observations raised in the audit report
6) Ensure the Audit observation closures and track the same as per the due date.
7) Maintain data by monitoring dashboards, key performance data.
8) To prepare monthly KPI's of each and every department.
9) To identify gap of every department and plan for its improvement
Ideal Candidate :
- Should have MBA with some work experience
- Worked in Manufacturing
- Willing to travel
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of lean, six sigma and Kaizen is preffered
