Job Description - Manager, Administration

Looking to EX Service Man

Key Account abilities & Responsibilities

1). Responsible for the administration functions across all offices / locations in India.

2). Manage the administration functions of the company like travel, transport, Visa, Security, Guesthouses, Housekeeping, Office management etc.

3). Responsible for the Capital & Expense budget.

4). Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.

5).To initiate and manage the contracts related to Administration function.

6). Responsible for proper Asset Inventory management and maintenance of all office equipment's including periodic preventive maintenance.

7). Assist in the identification of Branch locations, negotiation, lease dead executions, fit-outs and Handover of Branch for Business.

8). Identify and develop strong vendor relationships that are reliable and cost effective.

9).To manage and support in the In-house shows, Exhibitions and VIP visits.

10). Responsible for the statutory compliance across all locations.

11).To ensure availability of trained resources in the department for the function by providing necessary training inputs.

12). Ensure proper Project estimation and scheduling and adhering to the deadlines.

Profile Expectation

1). Graduation (Preferably Electrical Engineering) with 10 to 15 years of experience in Facility Management and Administration in manufacturing industry.

2). Proven experience in developing ideas and implementing change and new initiatives

3). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines

4). Proven ability in judgment / decision making on a variety of issues within tight deadlines.

5). Strong interpersonal, report writing and statistical analysis skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

6). Proven ability in multitasking and prioritizing workload.

7). Knowledge of regulatory requirements.

8). Knowledge of Labor laws and related statutory compliance's.

9). Proven experience in developing ideas and implementing change and new initiatives

10). Proficient in MS Office applications.
