Manager/AGM/DGM - Planning - Real Estate (12-20 yrs)
Project Planning : Assist in project planning and scheduling activities, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Budget Management : Support in budget preparation, monitoring project costs, and ensuring expenditures remain within approved budgets.
Resource Coordination : Coordinate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to project timelines.
Technical Oversight : Provide technical oversight and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards in Residential projects.
Risk Management : Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle to minimize potential impacts on project success.
Site project experience on high rise commercial or residential/ Hospital building projects.
Monitoring, adjusting & updating the cost plan & cash flows accordingly and the consolidation of these results in weekly reports.
