Work Experience:4-6 Yrs

Education: Chemical Engineering Graduate/ M.Tech chemical from any reputed Engineering College.

Experience in Specialty Chemicals/Bulk drugs/API is essential

Additional requirements:

- Should have spent time ( - 2 years ) in technology development/implementation related to API/Specialty chemicals /process engineering

- Should be conversant with back-of-the-envelope process design and costing calculations

- Should possess basic business sense and communication skills.

Awareness of pollution abatement technologies (water, effluent, VOCs) - knowledge of waste water operation and basic understanding on control of emission from the plants is essential.

Job Description:

- Be abreast of the application technologies and R&D offerings

- Approach and establish preliminary contact details of identified customers in the Western region to gather basic details on process (Water, Pharma, Food & Beverages and Chemicals)

- Independently identify new leads for the technologies

- Offer (technical-commercial) and implement application technologies

- Implementation through batch/pilot/commercial demonstrations at customer locations

- Reporting, communication with senior management and documentation

- Role will have extensive travel as the candidate has to visit the site locations (cold calls in cases) to establish first contact.
