Manager - Architect/Store Design (8-14 yrs)
Key Responsibilities and Tasks :
The candidate will be responsible for the following in his/her job role :
- Custodian of store designs - develop designs for all upcoming stores
- Upgrade existing design themes for Stores
- Engage consultants to develop new design themes for Stores
- Lead team of 1-2 architects/designers
- Prepare complete drawing set of caf- Plans, elevations etc within defined timelines
- Prepare kitchen equipment GA dwgs
- Prepare BOQ
- Coordinate with inter-departments like mktgs, operations to complete the caf- design.
- Visit On going site and conduct site feasibility as per requirement.

- Able to handle pressure situation
Skills Essential :
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Expert in AUTOCAD and photoshop
- Communication and presentation skills
Desirable :
- Knowledge of 3d software will be a plus
- Experience and Academic Background
- Academic Background: B. Arch or similar from a reputed institute
- Experience: 8 years or more, preferably worked in restaurant/QSR interior design
