Manager/ Asst. Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation)

- Achieve electrical & instrumentation maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations strategic plans and reviews

- Preparing and completing actions plans

- Implementing production. Productivity, quality, and customer-service standards

- Resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends

- Determining system improvements; implementing change.

Key Duties and Responsibilities : 

- Coordinate and Direct the Activities of The Instrumentation Engineers and The Shift Supervisors of Factory/ship Unloader.

- Ensure the Availability of The Plant Control Systems and Equipment Throughout the Yearly Production Schedule.

- Reprogramming of The Plc as And when Needed.

- Initiate, Implement and Maintain the Plc Programs by Planned and Prevention Maintenance.

- Ensure Safety of Equipment and Personnel.

- Prepare and Schedule Preventive Maintenance for The Electrical Machineries.

- Provide Training, Development to Factory/ship Unloader Supervisors.

- Perform Any Other Duties Assigned by The General Manager (plant)

Qualification and Experience:

1. Be in Electrical or Instrumentation with 3-7 Years of Experience in Packaging Film Industry Is a Must.

2. Strong Business Skills, for Managing Budgets, Leading a Team, and Liaising with Suppliers.

3. Electronic Troubleshooting Skills

4. Effective Leadership Ability

5. Demonstrably High Level of Technical Understanding

6. High Capacity to Understand a Range of Engineering Functions and Procedures.

7. Strong Ability to Negotiate and Persuade Others.

8. Confidence to Respond Positively when Under Pressure.

9. Excellent People Management Skill
