Qualification Minimum MSc Chemistry / BTech or BE in Chemical engineering from reputed colleges

Skills required :

- To be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the manufacturing process,

ensuring that products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations and

quality standards

- To implement production schedules, coordinate with resources, and ensure timely completion

of manufacturing orders.

- To ensure quality control measures throughout the production process, monitoring product

quality, and implementing quality control programs to meet regulatory requirements and

company standards

- To be responsible for GMP and safety in the department.

- To prepare, review, ensure appropriate planning & execution of qualification activities in line

with targeted commitments complying cGMP& Safety requirements.

- To ensure department personnel are periodically trained as per current needs w.r.t cGMP,

Safety, Health & hygiene, departmental procedures & environment requirements.

- Responsible to prepare departmental procedures in co-ordination with team members.

- To prepare / review SOP's / documents and maintain in the department.

- To prepare and update the qualification documents required in the department as per procedure.

- To ensure that the equipment and instruments are installed, qualified and operating as per

P&IDs and procedure.

- To initiate / intimate the notification for deviations or incidents immediately upon occurrence.

- To support QA in investigations related to OOS, deviations, incidents and validations.

- To ensure all Validation, Qualification and Calibrations are done as per schedule and records

are maintained.

- To co-ordinate with QC for in-process checks related tasks.

- To prepare, review / update P&IDs.

- To have knowledge about IMS (ISO-45001-2018 Occupational health & Safety management system,

ISO-14001-2015 Environmental management system, ISO-9001-2015 Quality management system).
