One of India's - leading Group company SRF Ltd. (TTB Division-- Technical Textiles) requires - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager -Stores & Dispatch - for its plant located at Gwalior in M.P.-

Job Description :

Designation & Band : Manager - M2

Team/ Department (Role) : MLT - Stores & Dispatch (Material handling incoming & out going along with Central excise/ GST related activities)

Reporting to : DGM - Materials and Logistics Team (MLT)

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

1. On time delivery to Internal customer

- Availability of raw materials, Spares & other consumables.

- Follow-up from processes for material availability.

- Inventory monitoring & reporting

- Periodic review

2. On time Dispatch of FG

- Liaison with transporters

- Follow-up with transporters for on-time availability of trucks & containers

- Liaison with Government Officials w.r.t Excise/GST requirement.

- Monitoring of on time Delivery

3. Strengthening of Daily Management

- Monitoring of receipts and dispatches.

- Create and maintain system for materials irretrievability at stores.

- Ensure excise and service tax records are maintained.

- Verification of documentation.

- Ensuring safe disposal of rejected & Scrap Materials.

- Managing availability of shell rolls

4. Statutory Compliances :

- Liaison with central excise/ GST.

- Review of procedural amendments.

- Ensure compliances of the Rules

5. Documentation : Ensure documentation as per ISO requirement and Pollution control board

Position Specifications :

Educational Qualification : law graduate/MBA and diploma in material management

Nature of Experience : Material Management along with Central excise

Duration of Experience :

For Sr. Executive/AM : 4-7 Years

For Manager : 7+ Years
