Job Description:

Broad Roles/ Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulation and company policy.

- Lead, Train, and develop plant staff.

- Ensure continuous supply of water, Air, Oxygen, Nitrogen as per customer requirements.

- Operate equipment like Blowers, compressor, Booster, Driers, Vacuum pumps, DG pumps, UF, RO, etc.

- Monitoring equipment performance and make adjustment to ensure optimal performance.

- Assures and Optimize maintenance practices and procedures to achieve cost effective results including scheduling of resources, proper training, and high quality execution with focus on safety, availability & reliability.

- Leads execution of planned and unplanned shutdowns, including job plan, critical path schedule, tracking, and high quality execution.

- Planning of spares, inspection of material.

- Continuous improvement in maintenance methods and procedures, reducing MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and improving MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

- Conduct RCA of failures and observation for improvements and rectification.

- Adopt best engineering practices, systems and procedures in operation, maintenance and Upkeep of plant.

- Ensure effective preventive maintenance and condition based maintenance.

- Preparation of scope of work, SOP and SMP as per OEM recommendations.

- Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.

Challenges:

- Follows company HES Policies, standards & requirements.

- Must be able to work in a plant environment, which may include exposure to hazardous material and Noise.

- Readily available during shutdown and breakdown

Skill Set required:

- Strong understanding of Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment Plant, DM Plant, VPSA Oxygen Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant,Pump House, DG sets, Cooling Towers, Compressors, Axial Blowers, Turbo Blowers..

- Knowledge in water management system

- Proficiency in Process Control System.

- Ability to work independently and as a part of team.

- Knowledge in SAP.

- Ability to make decision under pressure and solve problems effectively

- Skill in organising resources and establishing priorities.

- Excellent leadership, communication and Interpersonal skills.
