Manager - Business Solutions/Process Excellence - Energy (7-12 yrs)

The Role :
The Business Solutions/PE Manager is responsible for process improvements and IT driven solutions in the manufacturing space to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Drive process excellence.
Some key tasks include :
- Responsible for optimized processes in all functional areas of factories world-wide.
- Design & development of simplified business process solutions through software Tools / packages & through automated processes.
- Program manage key initiatives to completion.
- Responsible for tasks (major / minor / streamlined / on ad-hoc basis ) being off shored to India from other regions - both technical IT related, non- technical, all kinds of data management related tasks etc. as a part of the process strategy.
The Person for the role :
- B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engg + MBA ( added advantage ) from a reputed institute.
- 7 to 12 years experience in manufacturing industry.
- Experience working in process excellence role.
- Techno-commercial acumen.
- Project / Program Management experience.
- Exposure to ERP (ie) SAP, MES etc. Experience in automation preferred.
- Experience and well versed in handling Lean methods, tools
- International exposure with working in a global company with ability to drive results in a cross-cultural set up preferred.
