Manager - Civil (11-15 yrs)
Job purpose:
Manager Civil will be responsible for achieving the overall project effectiveness for timely completion with desirable quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall monitoring of Civil works of Southeast cluster Manufacturing units based at Visakhapatnam.
- Preparation of Construction Schedules and Resource allocation in accordance with master construction plan and resources mobilization program for the project.
- Technical Support to Field Construction, travelling to all sites as and when required.
- Execution of the activities in accordance with drawings & specifications.
- Prepare Monthly review of physical & financial progress of the project on Actual Vs Budget basis.
- Preparation of estimates for the civil works & proposals for new works Involvement in Finalization of General Arrangement & details of process and other structures in coordination with Piping, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines.
- Preparation of Estimation / BOQ / Costing for bidding purposes for projects.
- Any other Civil Design which may arise in due course of execution of projects.
Professional Experience/Skills:
- 11 to 15 years of Experience.
- Civil Engineering Graduate.
- Must have Green Field Project/brown field project experience.
- Should be willing to travel for monitoring all sites across southeast cluster.
- Experience of Fast track projects.
- Knowledge of Auto CAD and other drawing software & tools
- Knowledge of Construction Methods
- Quality Control and Assurance Practices
- Risk Management and Mitigation
