Manager - Civil Design Substation (10-15 yrs)
- Responsible for Design of Substation upto 765kv.
- Providing Design Basis Report, Basic study report & Concept notes to client.
- Modeling, Analysis and Design of major Industrial structures including pre engineered buildings.
- Assists in the development, review and approval of construction plans, including goals and objectives.
- Design & Review of Steel structures (Gantry Towers & Beams, equipment support both lattice & pipe types.)
- Assists with the development of new Engineering standards and maintains and improves existing standards and guidelines, implementing industry and company best practices.
- Detailed design of all major structures like Foundation, substation building, water tank, Transformer/Reactor foundations.
- Leads or participates in project meetings and conference calls with clients & vendors.
- Design & detailing of Enclosure Structure.
- Produces quality engineering plans, studies, and specifications while ensuring compliance with department, project, company, utility, and industry requirements and standards.
- Checking and approving the vendor drawing.
- Regular site visits and site checking as per Engineering Design requirement.
- Internal Coordination with Architectural, MEP and Electrical department and providing coordinated drawings for outdoors and indoors utilities.
- Land development and site grading work using AutoCAD Civil-3D.
