Sarthee Consultancy hiring for one of our clients in Chemical Manufacturing.

Job Requirements:

Education: B.E / B. Tech (Civil) Full time qualified

Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience

Prior experience in projects will be preferable

Job Description:

- Timely update all civil/projects related information for designated area

- Preserve and extend the service life of long-term infrastructure assets which are vital underlying components in maintaining the quality of efficiency

- Ensure utility designating, locating, and surveying; and structural health monitoring, which involves monitoring infrastructure to determine its condition

- Ensure safe and good conditions of all construction elements(R.C.C Structures) in the assigned area

- Prepare maintenance budget, monitor & control the maintenance cost for assigned plant/divisions

- Lead and direct a team of contractors, supervisors and site engineers for civil construction jobs pertaining to new construction

- Ensure work allocation and planning for reporting team as per business and customer requirement

- Prepare works breakdown structure

- Check & verify designers submissions (design basis reports, value engineering, cost benefit analysis, drawings etc)

- Ensure preparation and implementation of raw material quality and workmanship (Preventive maintenance and Conditioning monitoring schedule) during and after completion of civil works

- Develop SOP'S of all the construction activities
