Key Contribution:-
- construction & maintenance of all kind of building and civil infrastructures etc. within the plant within scheduled time and minimum cost.
- Management of resources like materials, manpower & Contract administration effectively for civil construction.
- Estimation quantity survey of proposed work, tendering, creation of work order in SAP.
- Certification of final bill & closer of contracts of major contractors.
- Execution and Planning of all kind of project related civil activities starting from site development, civil works of captive power plant.
- Responsible for maintaining quality at site, documentations for the drawings, quality & quantity.
- Certification of bills of contractors, co-ordination with client, consultant & contractors.
- Responsible for internal, external site audit for civil works.
- Generation of PR/SR, PO and SAP related work.
