Manager - Civil & Interior Design (6-12 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Should have deep and Hand ON knowledge in Execution of following civil & interior jobs in a large office building / campus
1. Knowledge of all types of interior /exterior paints and chemicals for different surfaces
2. Knowledge of all types of polish and other protective coatings with latest techniques
3. Practical understanding of basic construction engineering and concepts
4. Deep understanding of interior and civil related Repair & Maintenance jobs
5. Knowledge of all types of building and interior materials used in high end interior building
6. Experience of completing minimum 70,000 sq feet new / renovation building projects
7. Experience in handling PMC, architects and contractors
8. Experience in making BOQ,BOM and various drawing and plans
9. Knowledge of imported and Indian furniture and fixtures- fixing and repairing
10. Knowledge of various maintenance techniques of chairs, partition, celing,carpetes flooring, tables, storage units, compactors and other office and other office furniture and fixtures
11. Knowledge of various exterior fa-cade solutions including hard surface and glass upkeep & maintenance.
12. Knowledge of all types of doors, shutters, blinds, films, insulation, shafts etc
