Manager - Civil & Structural - Pharma (15-20 yrs)
We are looking for candidate working with Consultancy firm catering to Pharma Sector and ready to work with similar set of organisation
Educational Qualification : BE Civil & Structure
Experience : 15 to 20 Years in similar profile, candidate should be from consulting industry.
Technical Skills :
1. Calculations for structure design civil and PE buildings, manually and with software like STAAD, ETABS, RCDC.
2. Quantity estimation for steel and masonry.
3. Shall be able to prepare drawings and schedule documents for procurement and construction, experience in API and Pharma formulation plants will be advantage.
4. Prepare technical specifications, data sheets, BOQ, and construction drawings.
5. Structural stability analysis with software.
6. Capability of review of 3D models in Revit, and Plant 3D.
7. Shall be conversant with all relevant codes and standards
Managerial Skills :
1. Lead and Mentor the team of skilled engineers and designers.
2. Train and Guide team members for efficient working.
3. Liaison with peer disciplines for proper design planning and coordination.
4. Review and approve deliverables, vendor's shop drawings, etc.
5. Shall have ability to explain and convince client about the proposed design, problems, and solutions.
