Manager - Construction/Civil Design (10-17 yrs)
- Planning monthly and daily as per approved timeline of the project. Implement construction schedule, work plan, and monitor day to day progress. Prepare progress updates and MIS for management reporting.
- Ability to develop different infrastructures like rest shelter, toilets, drinking waters, service water, canteen, road, communication system, quality system etc at site prior to start of main construction work.
- Co-ordination with stakeholders for timely deliveries of services and materials at site.
- Identification of needs arising during the project executions & escalation of issues for timely actions.
- Co-ordinate with vendor partners for defining construction plan & schedule.
- Ensure timely mobilization of resources at site for project execution. Management of man, material & machine at site.
- Co-ordinate with necessary stake holders to ensure Construction civil works as per the project timeline.
- Making Risk analysis of site, Ensure implementation of SOPs, Quality assurance plan, Safety rules & standards at site. -
- Interface with customer department for resolution of day-to-day issues and ensure site work progress.
- Billing of vendors timely and accurately, maintaining record of free issue items as per standards.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to improve productivity, responsibility & accountability to meet the project cost & timeline
Skills
- Functional knowledge of construction of Civil & structural works, road, industrial buildings, and Civil enabling jobs. Ability to understand engineering drawings and execute the Civil works at site as per drawings.
- Should have Knowledge of AutoCAD drawing, ability to develop bill of quantity for work to be done, through knowledge of relevant code of construction, acquainted with quality assurance norms and quality control measures.
