- Monitor, lead, and manage, directly or indirectly through group of project managers, the execution of all capital projects to assure timely, safe, and cost effective project execution. Implement, teach, and refine a uniform and effective system for project execution
- Implement an effective system of standardized project management supported by network of experts & Ensuring best technology and best layout are applied throughout Project, in all phases.
- Strengthen individual engineering group through the recruiting, training, coaching and leading of directly managed and plant-based project resources.
- Practice Performance Based Management by coaching and developing employees, direct as well as matrix reports, and assuring effective alignment with the matrix functions.
- Managing installation & commissioning related to cGMP/ Chemical plants & their equipments, piping, buildings and facilities including clean rooms and classified areas.
- Formulating procurement & contracting strategy.
- Preparation & monitoring of Project execution schedule.
- Coordinate for quality/Safety check/audits during construction.
- Preparation of the QAP/internal inspection reports to follow and to conduct internal inspections such as hydraulic, DP test, pneumatic test .
- Maintaining WPS and PQR for welding requirements
- Verify and audit the bills of contractors as per SOP
