Manager - Contracts - Highways/Underground/Water Projects (10-14 yrs)
Job Description :
- Studying Contracts appreciation documents. Analyses and comments on tenders, contracts and contract related documents
- Contractual correspondence and claim preparation
- Extra claims / escalation claims and Interpretation of contracts
- Delay analysis
- Dispute resolution through amicable settlement, arbitration etc. Understanding of major legal commercial terms used in contracts
- Close cooperation with Legal Counsel and Project Management
Desired Qualification :
- Candidate should have hands on exp. in handling contracts claims issues of project sites
- Candidate should have exp. in Highways/Underground/Water Projects
- Candidate should have exp. in FIDIC Contract
- The successful candidate must be very detail-oriented, self-motivated and deadline driven with prior in-house legal experience.
Experience : 10+ yrs
Qualification : BE/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or PG in Construction Management
