Manager - Corporate Safety - Paint Manufacturing (10-12 yrs)
Identify and standardize safety controls at plants
Identify risks areas in all activities and processes and develop control measures
Improve safety infrastructure and process/practices/behaviours
Facilitate the projects of risk assessment, HAZOP, JSA, QRA and others among plants
Strengthening the Safety Management System by adopting best health and safety practices
Prepare the company to achieve 100% legal compliance all the time.
Advise General Work Managers/ General Manager Manufacturing on health and safety matters
Prepare Health and Safety Performance report.
Develop Health Standards
Identify new areas of health and safety improvements.
Manufacturing plants teams, Central functions- materials, IT, Legal, audit teams, GM- Manufacturing
Vendors for project related requirements
Experience of 10-12 years in Safety.
3-4 year experience in plant of size more than 2000 average daily employment & 4-5 year experience in corporate safety cell in a company having more than 5 plants.
Process Documentation, Behavioural Based Safety, Safety Management System, Workplace Safety Implementation, Safety Project Implementation.
Self-motivated, Logical thinker, Good Communicator, Achievement Oriented, IT Savvy, Enthusiastic
Salary offered: 20 - 22 LPA
