Costing

- Expertise in Costing Vendor Development, sourcing, Price Negotiations and finalization of cost with Customer and Vendor.

- Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve cost reduction.

- Costing of Tooling and over all control of costing and strategic sourcing division.

- Knowledge in Metal Cutting processes like, Water jet Cutting, Laser Cutting, Plasma Cutting, etc.

- Sound knowledge of fabricated parts and sheet metal manufacturing process. Demonstrated analytical skills with proven expertise in communication and relationship management.

- Evaluate process suitability.

- Identifying the requirement of inputs and working out the cost such direct inputs.

- Working out direct and indirect cost, impact of levies and Taxes, financial cost and Profitability.

- Working out Zero-based Costing and final cost for approval and acceptance by the OEM with logical and convincing presentation of working of cost.

- Working out cost fluctuation in conformance with fluctuating input cost and interaction of market forces against supply and ensuring customer acceptance of such cost.

Vendor Development :

- Selection potential Vendor to achieve quality, timely supply and cost effective supply of input.

- Evaluating Technical and financial efficiency of vendor and management system adopted to perform work requirement of the company.

- Evaluating process qualification by vendor, working out acceptable cost, assuring timely supply, Quality,monitoring logistics to ensure timely, quality supplies in quantities desired.

- Formulating Cost saving measure offering guidance and ensuring continuous process of cost reduction.

- Ensured process improvement in manufacturing to rationalize and reduce cost.

- Implementing changes in process assuring the material saving and cost reduction.

- Knowledge of - Kaizen - Process.

- Followed development of component after confirmation of cost and issuance of Purchase order.

- Ensure approval of sample batches and establishing regular production.

- Maintaining excellent relation with various level of customer's organization and ensuring cordial and fruitful interaction for customer business relationship.

IT Skills : Well versed with Microsoft Office, ERP, AutoCAD, and Familiar to Advance Fast Form (nesting Software)
