Hiring a Crusher Plant Head for Iron Ore Mines in Odisha.

Position : Dy. Manager / Sr. Manager (Techno-Commercial)

Department : Operations / Crusher Plant / Projects

Experience : 10+ Years in Crusher mines (Stone crusher, Iron Ore, Coal)

Job Role: The Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the Crusher plant, ensuring optimal production efficiency, maintenance, and cost-effective utilization of resources. The role is Techno-commercial in nature and requires deep expertise in both technical operations and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Operational Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire operations of the crusher plant (primary, secondary & tertiary crushing units).

- Ensure maximum uptime of equipment through proper planning and preventive/predictive maintenance.

- Monitor daily production targets and ensure desired quality and quantity of output.

- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

2) Maintenance & Technical Management:

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all crushing and screening equipment.

- Monitor performance & condition of machinery - conveyors, jaw crushers, cone crushers, screens, motors, Gearboxes, etc.

- Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for repairs, AMC, and spares planning.

3) Commercial & Cost Control:

- Prepare and manage budgets for crusher operations and maintenance.

- Track and analyze operational costs to identify areas for cost reduction.
