Manager - Customer Quality - Automobile (7-14 yrs)
Job Description :
- Customer representative to ensure that customer requirement is addressed
- Responsible for Customer complaint Analysis & action complete 8D closure. (0 Km and warranty complaints).
- Responsible for coordinate root cause analysis & action plan tracking.
- Coordinate customer process audits/issue base visit & action closure.
- Coordination with the customer to get approval for ongoing changes/ new tools.
- Responsible for monitoring & control performance indicators on customer portals
- Plan & conduct the customer-specific audits internal plant & action closure. Responsible to achieve customer PPM & warranty cost.
- Supporting in warranty & application engineering to the clients.
