Position : Manager/Dy Manager - Die-casting & Machine Shop (PE)

Job Description :
- Person should be dealing in die casting process. (Must)
- Person should be conversant of Machining process in VMC/HMC & Turning Centre & aware of setting up of new machining line set-up.
- Person should have expertise in process design & development in line with APQP phases, Jigs/Fixture, SPM Design, conversant with IATF 16949 requirements, ISO14001, TPM & CAPEX planning.
- Person should have expertise in activities like lay out planning, work & motion study, methods study, line balancing, process capability study (SPC), MSA etc.
Required Experience :
- Education Background : B.TECH. (Mechanical)
- Experience : 10-14 Yrs.
- Skill Set : VMC/HMC & Turning Centre APQP phases, Jigs/Fixture, SPM Design IATF 16949 requirements, ISO14001, TPM & CAPEX planning lay out planning, work & motion study, methods study, line balancing, process capability study (SPC), MSA etc.
- Person from automobile industry Denso, Subros etc.
