Designation Position : Dy. Manager/Manager

Team Size : 20-22 Employees Reporting Works Manager

Job Descriptions :

1. Defines goals, improve technologies, and resolve problems with managers across the shop floor.

2. Develop operations-related plans, budgets, and policies and procedures.

3. Drive and direction all production in the plant, to meet schedules that allow for superior customer satisfaction and high plant efficiency by establishing and executing operating plans and objective

4. Provide plant floor supervision and leadership to ensure compliance with all company quality standards.

5. Establish process metrics and develop a system to achieve and maintain performance at targeted level.

6. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

7. Staff, manage, coach, motivate, train and assess performance of production and operations employees by review the performance.

8. Admin (Ahmed of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.

9 .Production planning, Production control, Quality control, Method analysis, Inventory control, Plant layout, Work measurement, cost control, standardisation and storage, price analysis and provision of wage incentives to workers etc.

- Maintain Safety, Discipline & Regulations in the Plant.

Competencies :

1. Sound knowledge about Production Process, sales requirement

2. Knowledge about various grades of steel and its making process and quality norms

3. Ability Handle Team and strong manpower arrangement and management

4. Knowledge about IATF documentation and its implementation

5. Knowledge to develop new processes and implementation

6. Ability to handle Team and department's operations

Required Experience :

1. 10-12 Years in Steel Processing units mandatory or related industries

Education : B.E (Mechanical/Automobile)/Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile)/MBA

Industries : Steel Processing Centres and Steel Processing units
