- Customer relationship management

- Monitoring the customer complaints and completing the closure of complaints.

- Co-ordination with internal functions for customer complaints.

- Solving the problems related to field applications.

PERIPHERAL :

- Interacting with internal functions for resolving complaints.

- Implementation of actions at in-house / supplier works.

- Supporting the new part / supplier development in electronics area.

- Establishing test procedures for electronics parts / products.

- Guiding and training the personnel in electronics

Desired Candidates :

- Highly advantage if you are an IISC graduate.

- Graduates from Electronics & Telecommunication background.

- 10 ~ 12 years in electronics application / manufacturing industry.

- In-depth knowledge of electronics applications / communication / manufacturing.

- Experience in Root cause analysis and reporting methods.

- Experience of Customer relationship management.

- Experience in OEM customer management.

- Expertise in analysis and MIS of customer complaints.

- On hand experience of implementing Quality tools.

- Experience in QMS systems
