Manager/Deputy Manager - Warehouse Operations (2-3 yrs)
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline. An undergraduate with good experience would also apply.
Essential Skill Set Required :
1. Min. 2-3 years of experience of running a E-com warehouse, in a multi-SKU environment, preferably in the apparel biz.
2. Exposure to omni-channel real time order management using scanning as the means for receipt and dispatch.
3. Adept at working on Warehouse Management Systems and other ERPs
4. Process oriented and highly disciplined in approach.
Prime Responsibilities of Job :
1. To manage the day-to-day functions of the warehouse- Receipts, binning, picking, sorting and packing.
2. To drive the receipt and dispatch teams in achieving agreed SLAs.
3. To ensure perfect inventory control through disciplined perpetual counts.
4. To follow the systems and processes set for the job
5. To provide the requisite MIS as per agreed periodicity.
6. To liaise with vendors for timely receipts, pick-ups, and delivery
Relevant Industry : E-com / Retail Warehousing
Age Limit : Between 25-35 years
Target Compensation (CTC) : Upto 5 lakhs depending upon the experience and caliber.
