Job Description :

- 8-10 years of experience in Design & development of Bumper system, exterior trims.

- Experience in End to End design and development of bumper system

- Define the concept of the product design to meet customer specifications & GD&T and ensure that the design for manufacturing aspects are fulfilled

- Perform risk analysis (DFMEA), DFM and DFA

- Responsible for CAD sign-off, BOM creation/ management, requirement compliance.

- Manage product validation for aesthetic, functional & geometry.

- Manage fixture development activity with involvement of design & Quality team along with customer for part approval & validating design as per Gap & flush requirement.

- Capable to effort estimation and schedule preparation.

- Strong Communication skills, interpersonal skills (Trust & Transparency)

- Exposure to APQP process from product design activity perspective.

Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology Diploma

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
