Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead tender and detailed design of HVAC services for underground metro stations, railway tunnels, and cleanroom projects.

- Perform load calculations, equipment selection (chillers, AHUs, fans), and design ductwork/piping systems.

- Optimize energy efficiency by selecting sustainable and cost-effective systems.

- Review shop drawings for coordination with architectural, structural, electrical, firefighting, and PHE systems.

- Conduct system sizing and prepare detailed BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.

- Ensure compliance with international and national codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, SMACNA).

- Provide solutions for HVAC performance issues and drive innovation in design optimization.

- Coordinate tenders and ongoing projects, liaising with clients and consultants.

- Integrate mechanical packages with BMS and support cost estimation/optimization.

- Deliver work independently while collaborating in a multidisciplinary project environment.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in HVAC turnkey projects from design to execution.

- Strong expertise in ECS/TVS design for metro/railway tunnels and stations.

- Proficiency in HVAC design software (HAP, AutoCAD, BIM/Revit), MS Office tools.

- Knowledge of energy-efficient system design and optimization n.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely delivery.
