Manager - Electrical - Manufacturing Plant (12-16 yrs)
Position : Manager-Electrical at Manufacturing Plant (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role :
- Maintenance of the substation, related equipment, Switch gear, Distribution system at the Plant
- Handling entire 3MW steam based captive power plant from Electrical Safety & electrical Maintenance and Electrical related statutory compliances
- Reading of drawing and troubleshooting of sub-station equipment above 1000 KVA HT & LT Transformer, Breakers and Power Panels, Automatic Factor Control Panels
- Operation & Maintenance of Diesel generator set above 1000 KVA and Auto Synchronizing Power control, Motor Control Centre, Modern Electrical Equipments.
- Electrical maintenance of entire plant - Production, Utility, Lighting, Comfort ACs, Panel AC
- Electrical related statutory compliance of entire plant
- Act as energy champion for the site and drive continuous improvement in energy saving activities
- Hands on experience on VFD, PLC, SCADA, DCS systems
- Execution and initiation of capex project
- Adherence of CEIG compliance and EMS
- Knowledge on SAP maintenance modules
- Cogen power plant experience preferable
- Total productive Maintenance
- Safety and Environment Management System - Owner of Electrical Safety and LOTO standards for the entire plant
- Spare parts and Inventory Control
- Drive World Class Manufacturing agenda for Electrical function
Requirements :
- Bachelor Engineering in Electrical
- 12-15+ years Experience. Preferably from Electrical maintenance of a continuous process industry/ Production line preferably with Cogen power plant operation
Location : District Palghar (Maharashtra)
