Job Description :
Testing & Validation :
- Selection of Test equipment for component level - Features, Compatibility
- Test lab features / infrastructure / Layout design planning - Battery cyclic tester, Bench & Chassis Dynamometer, Environment chamber
- Technical discussion with supplier and finalization of suitable test equipment
- Design test bench to perform functional, Performance & Durability & Coordination with supplier for installation / trials
- Preparing test lab manual and test procedures with acceptance criteria aligning to various standard [ AIS, ISO/IEC, IS..]
- Design Validation testing with inhouse facility & coordination with third party agency [ARAI,ICAT,GARC, SGS,TUV..]for new product development
- Incoming Quality, Plant Quality & Warranty
- Potential analysis of new supplier, NPD Sample Approval (PPAP) & 4M change
- Receiving Inspection quality plan preparation & for lot monitoring
- CAPA for Incoming, Plant & warranty failures - Root cause analysis
