Key Responsibilities:

1. Estimation and costing:

- Plan and Estimate the Quantity required for electrical projects from start to completion.

2. Project Management:

- Plan and manage the execution of electrical projects from start to completion.

- Prepare schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.

3. On-Site Supervision:

- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including transformers, switchgears, and wiring.

- Ensure work is completed according to design, standards, and safety regulations.

4. Quality Control:

- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications.

- Identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies.

5. Team Coordination:

- Supervise and guide site engineers, contractors, and workers.

- Conduct regular meetings to discuss project updates and resolve issues.

6. Technical Problem-Solving:

- Address on-site challenges related to design, materials, or execution.

- Provide technical advice and solutions to team members.

7. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all site activities adhere to electrical codes and safety standards.

- Promote and enforce safe working practices.

8. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.

- Prepare project documentation for audits and client reviews.

9. Drafting and Design:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for electrical layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

- Revise and update drawings based on project changes and client feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical project execution.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.

- Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and technical specifications.

- Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
