Manager - Transmission & Distribution Planning or Engineering Expert

- Provides engineering and economic analysis on projects related to interconnections and transmission services or distribution

- Analyzing performance of the electric Transmission & distribution system using power flow models, preparing evaluations of potential system enhancements, preparing written recommendations and providing support for the annual automatic load book, which is a listing of recorded loadings on circuits and substations on or about the summer peak load

- Review, evaluate, and challenge all technical and non-technical aspects (project rationales, alternatives, schedule, specifications, plans . etc) of the planned projects of power Gen/Trans/Dis. by reviewing all documents that related to project's stage in stage gate process (such as required templates, load flow, retirement plan, plant layout diagram, resource plans, technical specifications. etc)

- Review and challenge all technical assumptions that related to Economic & Business Case Analysis

- Conduct and lead challenging sessions required for power Gen/Trans/Dis. projects

- Approve project information for presenting to the investment committee/ decision makers

- Propose recommendation on approval or rejection of projects to the investment committee/ decision makers

- Develop and conduct training programs for junior engineers, improve tools and methods for improvement of challenging process
