Position Name : Manager Field Maintenance Electrical
Locations : Jamshedpur
Responsibilities :
1. Maximize productivity of assigned LT services at optimum cost ensuring safety and quality.
2. Maintenance of Electrical, Electronic and Instrumentation facilities in respective area.
3. To meet Safety, Cost compliance, Quality and Response time targets as per ABP.
4. To initiate and implement improvement activity in own area as per short term / long term plan.
5. Ensure health and availability of all the HT / LT System & equipment including timely compliance of shut down & breakdown jobs related to HT / LT equipment & system at optimum Cost of Steel Works (excluding facilities under purview of T&D).
The person should have knowledge of digital exchange base communication system and various communication equipment related to IT enabled services.
Note :
Primary Skills : PLC Programming, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, AC/DC drives, Relays and Protection
Secondary Skills :
Education : B.Tech/B.E.
Branches : Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation
Experience : 3.00 To 5.00 Years
Requirements :
Ensure health and availability of all the HT / LT System & equipment including timely compliance of shut down & breakdown jobs related to HT / LT equipment & system at optimum Cost
Ensure availability of all the Instrumentation and their Maintenance requirement for Production Plants in following areas like Field Instruments/Sensors
Technical Comeptencies :
1. Knowledge of electrical machines.
2. LT Power distribution system and standards.
3. Cables, Motors, Magnet repair activities
4. General Electrics, Illumination and its relevant standards
- 5. Instrumentation (control valves, transmitters, temp systems, etc. )
