1) Familier with Production & manufacturing process in forging & rolling
2) Knowledge of fasteners & related process.
3) Working knowledge of computer in excel & power point.
4) Knowledge of Quality circle,5-s,lean etc.
5) Able to handle a team size of 10 to 15.
Competence /skills requirement Primary : Leadership quality,Analytical skills,knowledge of quality tools, Communication skills,presentation skills.
