Manager - Furniture Production (5-8 yrs)
Job Description :
Factory manager should have minimum of 5 years of experience in handling all factory production, quality, packaging, delivery, stock maintenance, inventory reconciliation work, material procurement, material ordering, checking of raw material before purchasing, labour handling etc.
1. Should have thorough knowledge of each division of upholstery Furniture Manufacturing
2. Proactively plan and manage production to the required specification.
3. Manage factory operations and plan production activities and meetings.
4. Create and implement best practice, strategy, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
5. Needs to be hands-on.
6. Should be able to handle work force of 35-50 people
