Job Location : PAN India
Job Description :
- At Least 20 years of proven track record in handling contracts and tenders in construction companies.
- Must have 10+ years of exp in Elevated metros/MRTS/LRT/ Elevated Corrido.
Qualification: Must have done Civil Engineering. Must have completed his PG in Contract Management/Construction Management NICMAR
Job Responsibilities :
- Reviewing all contracts and Requests for Proposal (RFP) from customers and preparing responses to ensure compliance wrt the commercial and pricing policies.
- Designing & Delivering commercial & pricing models for customers.
- Drafting of various contracts, Leading Commercial / Contract Negotiation & Finalization with Customers.
- Handling Contractual correspondence, negotiation & finalization of contract amendment, change order with Client.
- Resolving disputes with customers on non-technical issues and assists the project manager in resolving technical issue disputes.
- When necessary, prepares, submits, and negotiates claims.
- Ensuring that the contract and its detailed processes are adhered to strictly and all processes, procedures, Contract obligations are mapped and followed strictly.
- Working in partnership with all business areas and ensuring that deliverables meet agreed customer requirements and specifications.
