Manager - Gold Processing (12-16 yrs)
We are hiring a Metallurgical or Ore Dressing Engineer for Gold - CIL (Carbon-in-Leach) Processing plant.
Position: Manager / Sr. Manager
Qualification: Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or Ore Dressing.
Experience: 12 - 15 years in CIL (Carbon-in-Leach) Processing plants (Preferred Gold processing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations across crushing, grinding, leaching, adsorption, elution, electrowinning, and smelting.
- Improve Gold recovery through advanced metal balancing and process optimization.
- Identify and resolve issues such as low recovery, high copper interference, or carbon fouling.
- Supervise smelting procedures and ensure maximum gold yield.
- Train and mentor local plant operators and junior engineers.
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or Ore Dressing.
- 10+ years in gold ore processing, especially with CIL systems.
- Strong expertise in Metal balancing and Gold smelting.
- Experience troubleshooting mid-sized processing plants (100- 500 TPD).
- Background in commissioning/start-up projects preferred.
- Willingness to work in remote field conditions.
