Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory approvals including Building Plan Approval, Pollution Control Board (CTE, CTO), Fire NOC, Electrical Approvals, Factory Licenses etc.

- Oversee construction activities including PEB structures, Foundation work, HT/LT systems, transformers, panels, Fire protection systems and utility piping

- Conduct site supervision and perform quality checks to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and standards.

- Work on Greenfield projects (mandatory); experience with Brownfield projects is an added advantage.

- Perform location analysis for optimal factory setup and site selection.

- Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Prepare and manage presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel, Auto cad and MSP.

- Be open to travel across India and willing to stay on-site as required.

- Client Interaction: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach to client engagement.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess risks, track project progress, and propose solutions for potential delays.

Education: B.Tech Engineering (Any Category)

Key Points:

- Experience in Project Planning- Regulatory approval -green building, fire safety approval, CTO (contract to operations), CTE (contract to establishment)

- Experience in site execution and implementation, vendor management, contract management, site safety management.

- From the MEP side of the projects

- Knowledge of HVAC, HT/LT, boilers and chillers

- Experience of handling industrial and automotive projects.
